Children are learning even before they were born. Each event or educational experience that is why it is important for them to have access to services and toys that can make a positive contribution to their continuous learning.

Toy stores today are full of the latest whizzy electronic toys. Many are advertised as being educational, but they are really little more than attention grabbing noise making devices. Tests have shown that human beings are predisposed to pay attention to rapidly changing events and sounds loud or unusual. Many modern toys are exploiting these arrangements with strong flashing, make noise toys that will capture the attention of any young.
